Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Retry Supply LLC handles information, including data accessed through Google APIs by our internal application, Hermes.

Who uses Hermes

Hermes is a private tool used only by Retry Supply LLC to manage its own business accounts. It is not offered to the public and only accesses Google accounts owned by Retry Supply LLC that have explicitly granted permission.

Google data we access

Gmail (read and modify labels): to read the company's order, shipping and delivery emails and file them into labels. Hermes cannot send email.
Google Sheets: to read and update the company's own order-tracking spreadsheet.
Google Drive: to save and organize the company's own invoice files.

How the data is used

Data is used only for these internal bookkeeping and order-tracking functions. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to run the tool itself (for example, sending text to an AI model provider to process a request), as required by law, or with the account owner's consent.

Hermes's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Access tokens and working files are stored on the company's own computer. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
